General Policies
- Guest rooms are all non-smoking
- Rates are subject to change without notice
- An outdoor hot tub are available for our guests (summer only)
- Telluride lift tickets are available to discounted rates during ski season
- Discount Passes are available for the Ouray Hot Springs Pool
- We do not accept pets
- Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted
Reservation Policy
- All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card
- We make ever attempt to honor all requests but they are not guaranteed
- Valid membership card, ID or coupon must be presented at check in for any discounts.
- A deposit maybe required for holidays and special events.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be received by 4:00 pm the day PRIOR to arrival date. There is a $35 penalty for cancellations received after this time.
- If you do not arrived as schedule and do not contact the property, your credit card will be charged one night’s room and tax and the room released.
